- Applies to phone systems purchased or installed by Gravity IT Solutions or approved cloud managed VoIP systems.
- Labor is sold in 8-hour increments of block hours at the discounted rate specified in the plan.
- If the number of users exceeds the number of devices, there will be a charge for additional users.
