Support – Remote: 1 Hour
Existing clients can schedule a remote support appointment with a technician to resolve one or more technical issues. Someone must be available and ready to work on the relevant computer(s).
Support – On-Site: 2 Hours
Existing clients can schedule an on-site support appointment with a technician to resolve one or more technical issues. This is typically for hardware issues with computers or the network that can’t be solved remotely.
