We’re excited to introduce you to our new customer billing portal where you can easily view and manage your billing with us!  Billing contacts will be receiving an email invitation to the portal.  See the instructions below for details.

1. Create your billing portal account

If you are a billing contact, simply look for an email invitation in your inbox.  You must create your account within 24 hours of receiving the email.  If you don’t complete the process before the time expires,  you can request a new email to be sent from the invitation.  Follow the instructions to create a password and configure multi-factor authentication using your mobile phone.

2. Add a payment method on file for your account

Since this is a new payment portal, we need all primary billing contacts to add their payment method of choice to the portal.  ACH is now our preferred payment method for all your bills.  Our published pricing assumes your are paying by ACH and includes a discount.  Paying by credit card will forfeit your ACH discount, resulting in an additional 3% charge.

3. Accessing the billing portal in future

We recommend bookmarking the billing portal in your favorite web browser.  The address is https://gravityit.connectboosterportal.com/platform/login.  You can also always access the portal from the link at the top our home page at https://www.gravityit.net.  A link to the portal will also be on all future invoice emails.

 

As we continue the upgrade of our systems, a new client portal is coming soon where you will be submit and view your existing support tickets.  Be on the lookout for future email announcements.
