  2. Non-Urgent Requests: Log a ticket using our Desktop & Mobile App – ITSupportPanel.

To make accessing our IT services easy, you now have access to your very own innovative Desktop & Mobile App – ITSupportPanel.

How to Use ITSupportPanel

It’s easy, all you need to do is:

  • Find the IT BUTTON on your desktop OR in your task tray as seen in the image below.
  • Open the App.
  • You can now:
    • Log Tickets (Take Screenshots, Attach Files, Fill in Forms etc)
    • View Tickets
    • Read News
    • Access Apps and Support Tools

Hours Of Operation

Our hours of operation are 8:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. After hours support is available as an optional service.
