General Support Terms & Conditions

All pricing and rates above include a 3% ACH payment discount. Payment by any other method will forfeit the 3% discount.

• Appointments scheduled on a first-come, first served basis. It is always recommended to schedule appointments through our web-site or by calling (855) 520-5200.
• Without a support agreement, there is a 30-minute minimum charge for remote or phone support.
• 1-hour minimum charge for each on-site visit.
• All work performed outside of Gravity IT Solution’s normal business hours, on weekends, or holidays is charged at time and a half.
